AWS Site-to-Site VPN

AWS Site-to-Site VPN is a managed service provided by AWS that allows you to securely connect your on-premises network to your VPC over an IPsec VPN connection.

  1. AWS Site-to-Site VPN uses IPsec protocol to encrypt and secure the communication between your on-premises network and your AWS VPC.
  2. In other words, an AWS Site-to-Site VPN is an implementation of an IPsec VPN connection, but it is a specific service provided by AWS to simplify the setup, management, and monitoring of the connection to the cloud.
